Maintenance free 3 Mega Pixel digital transducer
The DP series of digital carriers were developed based on the recent advancement of liquid crystal and VLSI technologies. Inside the carrier's exposure head, a high fill factor and high resolution reflective LCD are used to convert the digital image file to an image pattern analogous to the role of film. In addition, the DP series of digital carriers incorporate a proprietary MTB exposure method. Unlike other digital printing technologies, MTB converts each color bit into a series of light pulse waves and all exposure are carried out digitally.
Combined with the reflective LCD high-speed modulation, this innovative exposure method can bring out the best performance of the silver-halide photographic papers. Using same kinds of photographic papers, the color gamut and Dmax of the converted digital minilabs are very similar to those leading laser minilabs including the best-known international brands. The resulting prints have very rich color expression and excellent highlight and shadow performance.
The systems are also featured by professional image processing software developed by Flyimge Corp. It can perform routine image enhancement including color balance and density correction, contrast, saturation and sharpness adjustment. In addition, it can also perform resizing, cropping and color mask, etc..  A CIE recommended color management system is also implemented to ensure accurate color reproduction.
